- You must provide your clients with clear terms of service and support.
- Iloilo Web Hosting will provide server infrastructure and technical backend support, but you are the first point of contact for your clients.
6. Payments and Billing
- All payments must be made on time as per the billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- All cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refundable amount.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable uptime and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for downtime, server outages, or loss of data beyond our control.
8. Data Backup & Security
- While we may perform regular backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- We are not liable for data loss due to customer error, misuse, or third-party attacks.
9. Limitation of Liability
Iloilo Web Hosting shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions, delays, or security breaches
- Actions of third-party providers or resellers
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
10. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activities harmful to our network. Customers may cancel services at any time by contacting us, subject to the 30% cancellation fee.
